The Roatan Bar Crawl™ begins within one hour of your cruise ship’s arrival. Easy to follow meetup instructions will be emailed to you once you have completed your booking.
The minimum age for the Roatan Bar Crawl™ is 18 years old.
YES, all Roatan Bar Crawl™ participants must provide valid identification; driver’s license, passport, identification card. (one of the three)
The excursion from pickup to drop-off is approximately 5-5.5 hours long. Time may vary and is based on your cruise ship’s schedule.
Our Roatan Bar Crawl™ Package includes; round-trip transportation, tour guide, 4 beach bars, 8 specialty shots, free t-shirt, and prizes! Let’s not forget great fun and memories on white-sand beaches, music, dancing, and games.
Our beach bars are hand selected! Our criteria includes; reputation, service, location, popularity, ambiance, and amenities.
Please bring your ID, cash & credit card for incidentals, beach towel, bio-degradable sunscreen, sun-glasses, hat, camera, GoPro, etc..
We require a minimum of 8 participants for our Roatan Bar Crawl™.
Roatan Bar Crawl™ participants will receive their t-shirt souvenir at the end of the excursion.
YES! We offer the Roatan Bar Crawl™ to private parties for: Anniversary Parties, Bachelorette Parties, Bachelor Parties, Birthday Parties, etc..
We require a $37.00 deposit per participant to secure their seat. The balance is due 3 days prior to arrival (72 hours). A reminder email with link to pay balance will be sent out a week prior to your arrival.
We require a minimum of 3 days (72 hours) advanced booking. Booking is based on availability.
Our refund policy is part of our friendly booking policy. In general, full refunds are provided with a 72 hour written notice (email) or more. A 50% refund is provided with a written notice (email) within 72 hours to 24 hours of arrival. NO refund is provided with a 24 hour written notice and for all “no shows” on the day of arrival.
Yes! A full 100% refund is provided for all port cancellation by the cruise line.
No need to worry! We use real-time tracking and know the cruise ship’s whereabouts at all times. Please follow the port exit & meetup instructions upon arrival.
Yes! All our vehicles are recent models with excellent air-conditioning, maintained daily for comfort and reliability.
YES! You may bring your wheelchair or walker with you if it collapses for storing. Please let us know in advance during booking of your request, so we may better assist you upon arrival.
YES. Smokers may bring their cigarettes and smoke in designated areas during the tour.
Yes! Please consult with your mobile phone carrier prior to arrival.
Yes! Some of the beach bars do have Wifi, but not all.
All island guests will be back in port at least one hour from departure.
No! Smoking is prohibited during transportation.
In general, your port of origin is 2-3 hours difference from Roatan, Honduras. Roatan is on Central Standard Time and doesn't observe Daylight Savings Time.
Yes! You may store your items at your seat or transportation's storage if available. Driver will be with vehicle at all times, but we take no responsibility for any lost or misplaced items.
